 I am new, how do I learn all of the movements?

We offer a 4-session fundamentals program to make sure you learn all of the essential movements to get started into Group Sessions safely. You will go over squatting, pressing, bodyweight movements, instruction on warm-up, mobility and even nutrition. Come in workout clothes and some water!

What is your Drop In Policy?

Members of out-of-town CrossFit affiliates are welcome to drop in to any of our normally scheduled group coaching sessions for $20 per visit! The joy of CrossFit has always been in the community of amazing individuals, and we never want to lose sight of that. If you would like to stay for multiple days or weeks, give us a call or email and we’ll get you situated with a temporary membership.

If I have an injury, can I still come in and workout with scaled movements?

In most cases, we will get you moving with scaled movements and workouts. Be sure to tell your coach about your injury prior to class to make sure they can help you pick the right movements. *If a medical professional has advised you to not workout for any reason, we recommend following their advice.

Do you guys sell shirts and merchandise?

Yes. Please come into the gym to buy any merchandise.

Are children allowed into the gym?

Yes. We pride ourselves on being a family oriented gym. We have a dedicated area for the kids to play and remain safe from the workout floor. The room has windows so that kids can see out and parents can see in. We do ask that parents ensure their kids remain in the kid's area and escort them to the restroom.
